RABOT Charge has an opening for a Senior Product Manager App to lead our mobile app product management initiatives. As a Senior Product Manager App, you will own the user experience, ensuring our application is intuitive, engaging, and seamlessly integrated with various energy and mobility assets.

You will report to the CPO and collaborate to set a vision for our app, driving cross-functional partnerships across the organization.

Your Impact

• Oversee the development and management of our app, ensuring it delivers an outstanding user experience. Define and execute the app product roadmap, aligned with our strategic goals.
• Prioritize and implement features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Utilize user feedback and data analytics to continuously improve the app’s usability and performance.
• Leverage your background in energy, mobility, and optimization to integrate assets such as wallboxes, PV systems, and heat pumps into the app. Ensure these connections are robust and enhance the overall user experience.
• Advocate for our users by developing a deep understanding of their needs and challenges. Create compelling product stories that highlight the app’s value and unique capabilities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. Identify opportunities to differentiate our app and drive innovation in energy and mobility solutions.
• Partner with engineering, product, and other teams to ensure successful app development and launch of new features. Facilitate effective communication and alignment across the organization.

What can you bring

• App Product Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing app products, with a strong focus on user experience. Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality, user-centric applications.
• Energy and Mobility Background: Solid understanding of the energy and mobility sectors, particularly in optimizing and connecting assets like wallboxes, PV systems, and heat pumps.
• Technical Acumen: Good technical understanding of asset connections and the ability to integrate these seamlessly into the app. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• User-Centric Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and impactfully. Skilled in crafting narratives that resonate with users and stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative Spirit: A positive, proactive collaborator with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships. Ability to drive team success in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Adaptability: Comfortable navigating rapidly changing priorities and adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
• Location: be based in or be willing to relocate to Hamburg
