Einführung
RABOT Charge has an opening for a Senior Product Designer to lead strategic product design initiatives, driving the entire design process from concept development to final implementation.
Aufgaben
- Transforming intricate business processes into an intuitive and sophisticated user and product experience
- Creation of impactful product and app designs
- Developing process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
- Offering expertise in enhancing the user experience through strategic design
- Leading cross-team conceptual development and design documentation
- Contributing to multiple projects within an agile environment
- Serving as the go-to team member for UI/UX inquiries
Voraussetzungen
- Demonstrated expertise as a user experience designer or interaction designer
- Showcase a portfolio reflecting experience in digital product design
- Strong comprehension of UX and user-centric design processes
- Capability to influence others effectively
- Proficient in project prioritization and management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in utilizing Figma for design tasks
- Background in a product-led growth environment
- Fluent German is a plus
