Aufgaben
- Take full responsibility for all design elements within a cross-functional product team
- Drive discovery work in close collaboration with the product team
- Plan and conduct user interviews, validate ideas, and present UX and UI concepts to stakeholders
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with engineering, hand off designs, and ensure seamless implementation
- Use and contribute to the design system
- Identify challenges in the customer journey and develop new solutions
Voraussetzungen
- 5+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Highly developed design skills demonstrated in a portfolio
- Ability to identify user needs and interpret qualitative and quantitative results
- Strong communication skills
- Team player who enjoys taking responsibility
- Passionate about climate action
- Enthusiastic about new technologies, trends, and innovations
- Comfortable using design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus
