Einführung
As a Senior Process Engineer, your practical, hands-on experience in commissioning, testing, or repairing process equipment will be invaluable as you collaborate closely with our development team.
Aufgaben
- Support the development of detailed P&IDs, lead HAZOPs, and specify equipment and instrumentation requirements.
- Supervise assembly, conduct FAT at facilities, and perform SAT at customer sites for DAC systems.
- Provide designs, specifications, and feedback for manufacturing and assembly.
- Troubleshoot, improve, and validate upgrades and fixes for prototypes and products.
- Manage projects, including the development and construction of pilot plants.
Voraussetzungen
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role for large industrial fluid-based projects.
- Experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of industrial mechanical systems.
- Practical experience in sizing and selecting valves, instruments, fittings, and pumps.
- Experience working with industrial suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Strong technical foundation in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, and gas/vapor processes.
- Experience managing the development and construction of process pilot projects valued €5 million is a plus.
