Einführung
E3G is seeking a Senior Policy Advisor on International Financial Regulation to lead strategic policy analysis on international regulation for climate safety. The role can be based in one of E3G's four offices in Berlin, Brussels, London, or Washington D.C. The position involves working within E3G's Global Macro and Finance Resilience program, focusing on political dynamics in finance ministries, central banks, supervisors, and financial regulators. Key responsibilities include policy analysis, thought leadership, stakeholder engagement, and supporting colleagues in tracking G7 and G20 agendas. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in sustainable finance or international economic and financial policy, strong analytical and writing skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and fluency in English. Additional EU language skills are advantageous. The role offers a permanent full-time position with flexible working arrangements and competitive benefits. Aufgaben
- Lead strategic policy analysis on international financial regulation for climate safety
- Track developments in G7 and G20 Finance forums
- Produce internal and external thought leadership materials
- Build relationships with external stakeholders
- Support colleagues in the Finance and Resilience team
Voraussetzungen
- 5-7 years of experience in sustainable finance and international economic and financial policy
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Experience in stakeholder engagement with government officials
- Fluent in English, competence in one or more additional EU languages (French, German) is an advantage
- Experience in defining strategies and delivering time-bound results
- Undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
