Einführung
Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for a Senior Manager People & Culture (d/f/m) in full or part time.
Aufgaben
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees
- Plan and manage personnel development processes
- Provide advice on HR matters to employees, managers, and the executive team
- Serve as the point of contact for the P&C team in Hamburg
- Support the executive team with labor law issues
- Draft reference letters
- Prepare and follow-up on annual agency-wide surveys
- Assist in planning events
- Support the recruitment process by identifying needs, drafting contracts, preparing and conducting interviews, and participating in cross-company recruiting events
Voraussetzungen
- Well-versed in the industry and market
- Knowledge of team structures and salary frameworks
- Confident presence both internally and externally
- Experience in presentations
- Skilled in correspondence and written communication
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and updated on legal changes
- Excellent organizational skills and strong self-management
- Team player with a strong hands-on mentality
