Join STABL Energy, the forefront of the battery storage revolution, dedicated to developing cutting-edge technology that powers a sustainable future. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hardware Developer to join our dynamic team.
Aufgaben
- Design and develop hardware solutions for battery storage systems with a focus on power electronics.
- Conduct EMC testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and improve analog and digital circuits, from concept to series production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure optimal performance.
- Design and optimize PCBs layouts for performance and reliability.
- Create requirements and test specifications for gap-less design verification.
- Co-manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, mechanical engineers and product managers to deliver integrated solutions.
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hardware development, preferably in the battery storage or power electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of EMC principles and compliance testing.
- Experience with various measurement equipment like oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytic thinking and attention to details.
- Self-organized, systematic and result-oriented mode of work.
- Experience in process design is a plus.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Team-player and support others to show up their best, as well as a feedback oriented individual.
