Senior Engagement Analyst bei 350.org

350.org is looking for a detailed-oriented analyst that can distill fundraising and communications data into actionable insights.

Public Engagement Planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning (PMEL) and narrative reports
Regular data analysis, trend spotting and sharing insights with the department to foster data-driven reflection and decision-making
Training and skills development of team members for better metrics tracking and evaluation
Coordinate the use of, and trainings on, team tools to achieve more streamlined monitoring and evaluation systems
Project management of the dashboard creation process for public engagement teams
Coordination of PMEL, annual report and fundraising information gathering processes

At least four (4) years of relevant experience in data analysis
Proficient in Google Suite, Meltwater, Salesforce, Falcon, Slack, and Zoom or similar systems
Experienced in data gathering, analysis, and reporting
Familiar with setting and evaluating Key Performance Indicators, goals, and related performance trends
Excellent teamwork, problem solving, program planning and management skills
Keen attention to detail
Flexible and proactive mindset
Ability to manage self and others
Excellent command of the English language (written and conversational)
Strong interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of and keen interest in the current global debates on climate change, energy, and climate justice
Ability to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion in day to day work
Professional experience in an international and/or multi-cultural environment and with remote teams
Competencies and skills related to racial justice and equity
