Einführung
WeMove Europe is looking for a Senior Digital Campaigner (Germany) who is passionate about digital campaigning and can think strategically to drive impactful campaigns.
Aufgaben
- Identify European campaign opportunities and develop and lead campaigns from the planning phase to execution
- Write strong, compelling copy for email and social media platforms
- Tailor emails and messages to the German context
- Manage email communications with German members and analyze data and user engagement
- Run ads to optimize campaigns for growth and impact
- Stay up-to-date with digital campaigning and marketing trends
- Fundraise from individual donors in Germany
- Organize offline actions such as demonstrations and petition handovers
- Build and maintain relations with partners in NGOs and movements in Germany and EU-wide
- Understand the political dynamics in Germany and connect with local movements
Voraussetzungen
- Comfortable with helping people understand their own power and becoming agents of change
- Fluent in German (native or C2) and English (B2 minimum)
- Driven by results and keen to run tests backed by statistical significance
- Ability to create engaging graphics and video content for campaigns
- Comfortable with new software and online tools
- Committed to working for bold, structural change in Germany and Europe
- Some experience with nonpartisan political campaigning, preferably online and digital
- Strong understanding of Germany's political and social context
- Willingness to travel in Europe
- Team-oriented with a desire to learn from others
