The Senior Development Specialist in Adsorption role involves developing and implementing novel adsorption process concepts to enhance the efficiency and reliability of DAC plants. The ideal candidate will have a background in process engineering or chemical engineering with experience in adsorption and separation processes.
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement novel adsorption process concepts for solid sorbent based DAC technology
- Support measurement campaigns and advanced modeling capabilities development
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams for testing, material development, and scale-up activities
- Conduct techno-economic optimization studies of process design parameters
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to increase understanding of DAC process
- Generate new ideas to improve IP portfolio
- Stay updated on technological developments in the field
Voraussetzungen
- University degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or related discipline
- 5 years of experience in adsorption, thermodynamics, or separation processes
- Hands-on experience in designing and testing adsorption systems
- Familiarity with dynamic simulations and numerical modeling
- Fluency in English, German is beneficial
- Detail-oriented and team player
