Einführung
Join a passionate team at ES, where we focus on sustainability and the built environment, and help clients tackle climate-related challenges.
Aufgaben
- Support project work in ESG due diligence of real estate
- Assist in sustainability certifications (LEED, BREEAM, DGNB, WELL, Net-Zero Carbon, WiredScore)
- Develop and implement decarbonisation strategies at asset and portfolio level
- Provide ESG support services such as ESG reporting or portfolio assessment according to GRESB
Voraussetzungen
- At least five years professional experience
- A completed degree in construction/architecture, environmental/process-engineering, sustainability/resources management or a comparable qualification
- Accredited in one or more of the building certifications listed
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
