Responsibilities

The following exciting tasks await you with us:

• Actively support members through their membership journey. Constantly empower our members and create mutual value.
• Represent Factory at internal and external events through conversations and stage presence to build the Factory brand and attract new members and partners.
• Review applications and onboard new members to the community.
• Conceptualize and manage all local community event formats.
• Contribute to the overall development of the membership offerings, understanding the product potential and proposing ideas for new offers, features and membership products.
• Collaborating with the Team to be an active point-of-contact and touchpoint for our members; assisting with member queries, suggestions and complaints where necessary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Community Management or Business Development or Customer Service.
• A personal background in the Hamburg Startup Ecosystem.
• A high understanding of service standards and customer orientation.
• Experience working across functions in a small team
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills, and exceptional interpersonal and networking skills.
• A warm and empathetic personality that excels at connecting people and creating hospitable experiences.
• Highly effective organisational skills with ability to work across various projects at one time
• Solid command of Mac OS and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in German and English
