Einführung
Join Orbem, an impact-driven deep-tech startup from Munich, Germany, as a Senior Business Development Manager in Healthcare, where you will play a pivotal role in building up Orbem's footprint within the healthcare sector.
Aufgaben
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform Orbem's healthcare strategy
- Identify and prioritize high-potential healthcare applications that align with Orbem's core competencies
- Establish a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies
- Develop innovative business models and pricing strategies for new healthcare ventures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate healthcare-specific requirements into product development
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem
- Support negotiations and closing of strategic partnerships
- Represent Orbem at industry events, conferences, and forums
- Share healthcare industry expertise and business development best practices with the team
Voraussetzungen
- 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, PE, investment banking, business development) and the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analyze complex market dynamics
- Experience in identifying, evaluating, and closing new business opportunities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to write easily understandable company documentation
- Understanding of complex technologies and ability to communicate their value proposition
- Experience in launching new, innovative healthcare products or services
- Fluency in German and English, with additional languages being a plus

- €90,000 - €100,000 in yearly salary
- €40,000 - €80,000 in equity
- Up to €5,000 p.a. in company benefits
