Be a pioneer as the first member of our productivity team, paving the path for excellence.
Enable our Android Developers working on app features in cross functional teams to perform on their highest levels of efficiency.
Collaborate with Productivity Developers across iOS, Backend, Web and QA teams to align on shared objectives and exchange meaningful insights.
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with best practices in managing build tools and release processes.
Setup measuring mechanisms for our app's critical metrics, like memory consumption and rendering performance and ensure your team is informed in time about alerts automatically.
Own and optimize our CI/CD pipelines, Gradle, and other tools to streamline our build and release process.

4+ years of professional experience as an Android developer.
Solid foundation in software development, with proficiency in Kotlin and a solid understanding of Gradle and at least one scripting language.
Professional understanding of app monitoring, build and release automation, CI/CD systems and knowledge of the best tools for it.
Ability to prioritize stakeholder needs in decision-making processes and proactively drive projects forward to improve efficiency.
Keep Android development knowledge up to date.
Excel as a team player and communicator in a diverse and international remote team.
