Aufgaben
- Provide administrative support to the office
- Interpret and process entitlements and contracts
- Administer staff movement and attendance records
- Assist in requisition of office supplies and equipment
- Assist in travel arrangements and issuance of visas
- Draft correspondence and reports
- Arrange appointments and maintain supervisor's calendar
- Organize and run office compounds
- Facilitate official missions
- Prepare attestations and certificates
- Support risk management
- Perform other related duties
Voraussetzungen
- 2 years relevant experience with High School Diploma or 1 year relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree
- Certificates in Business Administration, Finance, Office Management, Human Resources, or related field
- IT and computer literacy
- Knowledge of UN/UNHCR Administrative Rules, Regulations, and Procedures
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Applications
- Fluency in English and local language
