Join the Think RE team and get the best career opportunities in a growing, international market! We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales in the European Markets.
Aufgaben
- Initiate key business opportunities in all sectors across Europe
- Identify new sales opportunities through outbound marketing, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients
- Prepare presentations on the company's services & lead product demonstrations
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate and close deals
- Handle complaints or objections and resolve the issues
- Represent the company on exhibitions or events
Voraussetzungen
- Proficiency in English (any other European language is an advantage, like German)
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales (using Hubspot, Apollo.io, Lemlist, Semrush, Linkedin Sales Navigator)
- First experience in SaaS Sales (OR Software or IT sales)
- Great C-level communication skills
- Outstanding prospection, negotiation, and listening skills
- Thrive in a startup/scaleup environment
- Capability of managing multiple projects and leading as a team player
