    Einführung

    Join Klim, a Berlin-based Clean-Tech startup, as a Sales Manager and help scale up regenerative agriculture across Europe and beyond.

    Aufgaben

    • Manage large, complex deals throughout the full sales cycle—from early conversations to contracting and piloting
    • Manage a variety of channels to feed the pipeline, including partner networks and inbound/outbound
    • Prospect and manage senior level relationships in various industries, primarily within the food supply chain
    • Represent Klim at industry events and broaden the network in the FMCG sector
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Agriculture, and Tech to develop the brand and products/services

    Voraussetzungen

    • Strong track record of success in a sales role
    • Substantial experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, management consulting, investment banking)
    • Strong bias for action and execution, ability to explore opportunities and make sound decisions
    • Strong communication and influencing skills, excellent PowerPoint skills
    • High emotional intelligence, people-oriented, relationship builder, empathetic
    • Full professional proficiency in German and English
