Sales Manager (m/f/x) bei Klim

Join Klim, a Berlin-based Clean-Tech startup, as a Sales Manager and help scale up regenerative agriculture across Europe and beyond.

Manage large, complex deals throughout the full sales cycle—from early conversations to contracting and piloting
Manage a variety of channels to feed the pipeline, including partner networks and inbound/outbound
Prospect and manage senior level relationships in various industries, primarily within the food supply chain
Represent Klim at industry events and broaden the network in the FMCG sector
Collaborate with Marketing, Agriculture, and Tech to develop the brand and products/services

Strong track record of success in a sales role
Substantial experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, management consulting, investment banking)
Strong bias for action and execution, ability to explore opportunities and make sound decisions
Strong communication and influencing skills, excellent PowerPoint skills
High emotional intelligence, people-oriented, relationship builder, empathetic
Full professional proficiency in German and English
