Einführung
Klim is a Berlin-based Clean-Tech startup focused on scaling up regenerative agriculture across Europe and beyond. They believe in the importance of regenerative agriculture for the future of agriculture and the planet. Klim offers a digital platform for carbon farming and B2B carbon offsetting services. They are now seeking a passionate Enterprise Sales Manager to join their team and drive growth.
Aufgaben
- Drive the successful growth of the company and develop the B2B partner network
- Manage large, complex deals throughout the full sales cycle
- Prospect and manage senior level relationships in various industries
- Represent the company at industry events and broaden the network in the FMCG sector
- Collaborate with Marketing, Agriculture, and Tech to develop the brand and products/services
Voraussetzungen
- Strong track record of success in a sales role
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, management consulting, investment banking)
- Strong bias for action and execution
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in German and English
- High emotional intelligence
