Our AI solution is the first to be used in clinical histopathology routine for primary diagnostics in the USA.
We solve one of the most pressing challenges in modern healthcare: Demands for medical image analysis are increasing rapidly, but the number of cancer experts remains stagnant. We build support tools for visual diagnosis using state-of-the-art deep learning. Our tools help cancer experts deliver reliable diagnoses and focus on areas where human expertise is indispensable. We are seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Executive to lead our expansion efforts across key European markets.
As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building up our European sales and distribution division. In addition, you will work hands-on with customers and form relationships with channel and development partners.
Your mission
Your tasks:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across Europe
- Driving sales by finding and developing new customers
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pathologists, hospitals, and diagnostic laboratories
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives and market demands
- Serve as an individual contributor responsible for achieving sales targets, with the potential to grow as the market expands
- Represent Mindpeak AI at industry conferences and events, showcasing our cutting-edge solutions
- Provide feedback to the executive team on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
- 5+ years of sales experience in medical devices or digital health, with a preference for experience in pathology-related sales
- Knowledge of cancer diagnostics industry and histopathology is a plus
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, with established relationships among key European accounts
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Growth mindset
- Resourceful, resilient, and ambitious
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
