Einführung
The Transparency International Secretariat is seeking applicants for its talent pool for Research Coordinators and Thematic Specialists to support anti-corruption research and advocacy.
Aufgaben
- Coordinate and contribute to the development of knowledge materials, tools and research methodologies
- Produce and disseminate original materials, including research briefs
- Coordinate with external contributors and international anti-corruption experts
- Provide quality control of research project outputs
- Contribute to the TI research portfolio
- Support the Research and Knowledge Team on specific products and activities
- Promote and disseminate TI-S’ knowledge products
- Generate ideas and develop concept notes/proposals
- Contribute to day-to-day work implementation
- Support coordination of work and information flow between teams
- Stay abreast of developments in the area of work
- Represent the organisation at relevant fora
- Provide proactive and ad hoc support to the Research & Knowledge Team
Voraussetzungen
- University degree in a relevant field of the social sciences
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in social research
- Recognised expertise in governance and anti-corruption
- Substantive experience in research coordination in a multi-country setting
- Experience in providing training and technical assistance on applied research projects
- Strong knowledge and experience in research design and methodologies
- Demonstrated organisational and project management skills
- Solid writing, editing and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Professional language proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proven commitment to social justice issues
