Einführung
The Collaborative Research Center Foundations of Workflows for Large-Scale Scientific Data Analysis (FONDA) develops new methods and Data Analysis Workflows to support scientists, who work with infrastructures to analyze very large datasets.
Aufgaben
- developing a data analysis workflow from data to result using a computational modeling framework of brain signals
- analyzing and extending existing neuroimaging workflows for data preprocessing and data modeling
- developing real-time recommendations for data preprocessing and modeling steps during Data Analysis Workflow execution, ensuring high data quality and reliable analysis results
Voraussetzungen
- Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in Computer Science or related fields (Engineering, Computational Neuroscience)
- very good programming skills (Python)
- extensive hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebooks
- good knowledge in fMRI data analysis
- ability to work in interdisciplinary projects
- good knowledge of German and/or English required; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills
