Einführung
As part of our HR team, you will be responsible for recruiting for the entire company and ensure that our vacancies are filled in the best possible way thanks to your good communication skills and professional experience.
Aufgaben
- Developing and selecting the most effective recruiting and sourcing measures, strategies and channels
- Independent responsibility for the design and implementation of the entire application process
- Consultant for our Hiring Managers and competent contact person for candidates (m/f/d) for an excellent candidate experience
- Creating and distributing job advertisements and conducting interviews with the specialist departments
- Recruiting and active sourcing of exciting candidates (m/f/d)
- Contact person for agencies, service providers, etc.
- Monitoring all relevant recruiting and performance indicators and optimizing the effectiveness of measures
Voraussetzungen
- Degree or training in business administration with a focus on HR management or similar
- Several years of relevant professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in a start-up environment and in an industrial company
- Interest and expertise in recruiting trends
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Outgoing and empathetic manner
- Experience in social networking and dealing with business networks (e.g. LinkedIn and Xing)
- Enthusiasm for technical topics and innovations
