We are looking for an experienced quality manager to elevate Qwellos hardware reliability as well as for the evaluation of whether management systems are performing as intended and producing the desired results as efficiently as possible.
Your Responsibilities 🚀
- Run internal and external audits independently, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across all quality metrics.
- Introduce and implement ISO9001, and be responsible for maintaining ISO27001 certifications.
- Evaluate the performance of management systems to ensure they are delivering results efficiently and effectively.
- Manage supplier evaluations to uphold high standards of quality and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with the tech team to coordinate quality management in both production and field operations.
- Handle product reclamations and work with the production planner to ensure a stable and sufficient supply chain.
- Proactively share your expertise with the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Your Profile ✨
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager with a focus on hardware reliability and management system performance.
- Accreditation as an auditor for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audits (ISO 19011).
- Strong expertise in ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards.
- Solid experience with supplier evaluations and reclamation management.
- Familiarity with change management and continuous improvement processes.
- A make-it-happen attitude, helping the team to deliver on changing the world from combustion to electric
- Ability to self-organize and adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English & German language knowledge
- Experience with the Germany calibration law (Eichrecht, Modul D & B) is a plus
