As QA & Release Manager Lead, you will play a crucial role in transforming our approach to quality assurance to ensure the stability of our platform and increase customer satisfaction. You will lead the implementation of a new centralized QA testing process and oversee testing at different stages of the software development cycle. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will establish strict quality standards and significantly reduce the number of bugs that customers encounter.

What you can expect

• Planning, control and execution of test activities in different phases of the software development cycle.

• Coordinate acceptance testing activities, including manual testing and prioritization of bugs.

• Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers and Customer Success to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• Define and enforce criteria for the release of stable releases

• Provide timely feedback and guidance to developers on bug fixes.

• Implement feedback loops to address issues in a timely manner and ensure continuous improvement in the QA process.

• Refine the process for stable releases based on feedback and performance metrics.

• Experience in software QA roles with a successful track record of implementing QA processes and improving software quality.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques and best practices.
