Einführung
Transparency International is seeking a Project Manager for the Global Anti Corruption Consortium (GACC) project in Berlin. The project aims to accelerate the impact of anti-corruption policy advocacy and legal accountability casework through collaboration between investigative journalists and anti-corruption activists. The role requires experience in project management, monitoring, evaluation, partnership management, and a strong interest in good governance and civil society participation.
Aufgaben
- Coordinate day-to-day project implementation
- Work in collaboration with partners
- Prepare project management tools
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate financial forecasts
- Organize meetings and events
- Engage in advocacy planning
- Manage donor relationships
- Mentor Project Associate
- Contribute to impact planning and reporting
- Support external communications
- Provide ad hoc support to Projects Team
Voraussetzungen
- University degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Knowledge of anti-corruption work
- Experience with donor-funded projects
- Understanding of monitoring and evaluation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interpersonal and team work abilities
- Fluency in English
- Results-driven and resilient
- Commitment to Transparency International values
