Einführung
RENAC is seeking a full-time Project Manager for their online academy, which offers training on renewable energies, energy efficiency, green finance, and green hydrogen technologies. The role involves enhancing the eLearning strategy, managing projects for developing online materials, leading a team of online experts, overseeing software administration, ensuring quality control, supporting marketing and sales, and participating in international projects. The ideal candidate should have experience with online learning platforms, project leadership skills, instructional expertise, language proficiency, management experience, technical skills, and attention to detail. Aufgaben
- Enhancing RENAC Strategy for eLearning and blended learning products
- Managing projects related to developing and updating eLearning materials
- Leading a small team of online experts
- Handling software administration and infrastructure development
- Overseeing course accreditation and ensuring quality control
- Providing input to marketing and sales teams regarding eLearning courses
- Participating in international RENAC projects with eLearning components
Voraussetzungen
- Experience with online learning platforms, preferably Moodle
- Demonstrated project leadership skills
- Understanding of instructional requirements and methodologies for effective learning experiences
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning theory
- Strong written and oral English skills, good German skills, additional language skills (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) are welcome
- University degree or comparable qualification
- First-hand management experience leading a small team
- Proficiency in MS Office, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or databases/programming is advantageous
- Ability to handle competing priorities and demonstrate attention to detail
