You support the CEO in all strategic and operative matters regarding various projects and tasks.

- Support the CEO in strategic and operative matters
- Manage strategic projects such as Sales & Operations Planning
- Identify and select raw material suppliers
- Supervise certifications
- Prepare applications for grants & subsidies
- Align and improve organization & processes
- Prepare and follow-up on advisory board and shareholders' meetings
- Create customer presentations
- Assist with other operational tasks
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in a renowned management consultancy
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in German and English
- Very structured and analytical working method
- High motivation and initiative
- Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new subject areas and develop them independently
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage
