Einführung
The Project Finance Assistant role at IRC Germany involves providing comprehensive support to the Project Finance Manager, contributing to financial information preparation, analysis, and administrative tasks for projects funded by IRC DE. - Maintaining communication with regional and country office colleagues
- Contributing to financial performance analysis
- Updating financial information trackers
- Preparing financial accounting and reporting information
- Assisting in contract reviews
- Verifying reporting from implementing partners
- Providing administrative support to the finance team
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Resilience and flexibility
- B2-level English proficiency
- B1-level German and/or French proficiency
- Experience in a global organization is a plus
