Einführung
The Transparency International Secretariat is seeking a Project Associate to support the implementation of the Climate Governance Integrity project and other ongoing projects.
Aufgaben
- Support day-to-day project implementation ensuring consistency with TI-S processes and best practices
- Strive for high-quality outputs to advance the anti-corruption agenda
- Collaborate with project partners to ensure high quality monitoring data and donor reporting
- Monitor and evaluate project advocacy interventions and impact
- Review narrative and financial reports from chapters for adherence to guidelines
- Ensure high quality MEL data collection and strengthen gender and inclusion activities
- Assist in developing learning products and organizing learning events
- Prepare project outputs including reports, trainings, and communications materials
- Organize events and meetings, managing related logistics
- Support financial administration and compliance of the project
- Respond to information requests and provide sufficient responses
- Coordinate work and information flow between the project and internal teams
- Provide proactive support and undertake administrative tasks as required
Voraussetzungen
- University degree in social sciences, administration, journalism, economics, management, or relevant field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in project management, budget monitoring, and MEL support
- Experience with donor-funded projects and donor regulations
- Knowledge or interest in anti-corruption work
- Experience with outcome harvesting-based MEL approaches is an advantage
- Experience in gender and inclusion mainstreaming in projects
- Experience in organizing major events with international partners
- Excellent organizational and financial skills
- Results orientation and ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage
- Latin America regional experience is an advantage
- Strong teamwork and intercultural communication skills
- Commitment to the values of Transparency International
