For this position you will perform the following duties:

Data Collection & Analysis:
- Gather, track and analyze project data, metrics, and performance indicators
- Use statistical tools and project management software to interpret data and generate insights
Project Planning & Co-ordination:
- Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, resource allocation and prepare reports on project status, progress and performance
Resource Management:
- Assist in tracking project budgets and financial forecasts
- Help with resource allocation by analyzing current and future needs
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements
- Recommend process improvements based on data insights and project performance analysis
Project Support:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and documenting action items

Your profile:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the Biotechnology/ Chemical/ Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in project management, data analysis, or related roles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Trello).
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is an advantage.
- A knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
