Einführung
As a Program Lead, you will lead project teams focusing on ESG and circularity topics, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring project success.
Aufgaben
- Lead project team(s) and act as the main connector between The DO Catalyst and partners
- Manage project lifecycle with a focus on ESG and circularity topics
- Oversee external stakeholder management and maintain relationships with partners
- Coordinate and support internal project teams in an agile setup
- Provide senior content expertise in projects and lead specialized work streams
- Develop partnerships and proposals for joint programs
- Capture data and knowledge of stakeholder and project information
Voraussetzungen
- Experience as a project or program manager in multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience in change management, organizational development, or innovation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships
- Structured and flexible in project planning and execution
- Diligent in workflow implementation and communication
- Clear communicator in both verbal and written forms
- Strong facilitator and relationship builder
- Fluent in English and German (verbal and written)
