Einführung
Join our Development team at Arculus as a Product Owner Robotics, where you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our autonomous mobile robots and collaborating with a cross-functional, agile team.
Aufgaben
- Accountability for effective Product Backlog management
- Defining together with Product Managers and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features
- Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible, understood, and frequently updated
- Following the Definition of Ready (DoR) and the Definition of Done (DoD)
- Collaborating closely with development teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of products
- Manage stakeholder expectations about product needs
- Guide products from concept to delivery as part of the scrum team
- Organizing the team’s decisions and being accountable for statements/decisions made together with the team
- Understand the impact of the technical decisions made by the development team
- Being proactive in presenting solutions to problems that might appear
- Be prepared for meetings with the team and internal and external stakeholders
Voraussetzungen
- Degree in an engineering discipline, or the equivalent in experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in a product owner role
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English language, German is a plus
- Certification as a Product Owner (e.g., CSPO, PSPO)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
