Join our team as a Product Owner IT at ISCC in Cologne, where you will contribute to sustainability and carbon certification efforts.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external development teams to define and refine technical requirements for audit procedure tool and database applications.
Contribute to the design and development of new software products related to supply chains and traceability.
Identify customer needs and larger business objectives to develop a vision for a product or a feature.
Liaise between business, technology, and design teams in every phase of development, from product planning through launch and beyond.
Facilitate communication between non-technical team members and software developers to ensure clarity and progress.
Maintain existing business systems.
Translate business needs into products via generating business requirements documentation and contributing to software specification refinement with vendor.
Contribute to product portfolio strategy.

University degree in computer science, computer engineering or other transferable area.
Minimum 3-5 years of related professional experience in IT project management, IT business analyst or similar role.
At least 3 years proven work experience in software development, business requirement gathering and specification, and the development of business use case scenarios.
Experience designing or working with database applications, possibly FileMaker.
Deep understanding of product data, associated workflows and product data model mapping.
Good German skills (minimum B1 level).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (at least C1).
Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking.
High degree of initiative and very good decision-making ability combined with an independent working style and pragmatic, hands-on attitude.
A friendly, committed and dependable team player.
Experience in certification systems or auditing procedures is a plus.
