Einführung
The Product Manager / Product Owner Stationary Energy Storages will lead the development of Trading as a Service (TaaS) product tailored for large-scale battery storage systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product requirements, managing the product roadmap, ensuring compliance with energy market regulations, and communicating product vision to stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of product management principles, experience in managing software products in the energy or technology sector, and a passion for renewable energy and sustainable energy future.
Aufgaben
- Lead the development and further develop the Trading as a Service (TaaS) product tailored for large-scale battery storage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operation & Management, Short Term Trading, Marketing, and Sales to ensure product alignment and successful execution
- Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product roadmap to align with business objectives and customer needs
- Continuously improve the product's competitive positioning and ensure the value proposition are clear and compellingdocumentation
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior management and key stakeholders
- Ensure the product meets compliance and regulatory requirements specific to the energy market
Voraussetzungen
- Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven experience in managing Software Products – SaaS is a plus - ideally within the energy or technology sector
- Basic understanding of the energy market, including knowledge of large-scale battery storage systems and their applications is a benefit
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the energy sector
- Passionate about renewable energy and the role of battery storage in the transition to a sustainable energy future
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and navigating through ambiguity to drive results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
