Join Tomorrow University as a Product Manager - Growth and help us develop next generation effective learning at scale while building a global distributed community.
Aufgaben
- Work with the Founder in maintaining the overall product roadmap aligned with OKRs, customer needs and the product vision.
- Grow user acquisition, activation, retention and referral by building Growth Loops into the User Journey.
- Lead the product process and collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure business goals are met.
- Create an outstanding cross-functional team and facilitate teamwork and decision-making processes.
- Ensure success, measurability, and visibility of critical KPIs and health metrics.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and work with UX to understand goals.
- Educate the team on the product and mentor selected team members.
Voraussetzungen
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a product management role for digital products.
- Proven experience in developing and managing digital products from ideation to launch.
- Understanding of growth principles (acquisition, activation, retention, referral) and their impact on business outcomes.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams for more than 3 years.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and frameworks.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Familiarity with modern web application stacks and modern tools.
- Work experience in EdTech or the education space is a plus.
- Background in engineering or UX is a plus.
- Experience in a remote-first work environment is a plus.
