Einführung
Join IONITY as a Product Manager for Authentication & Frontends and contribute to the development of customer-friendly authentication processes in the electric mobility sector.
Aufgaben
- Develop suitable processes for various authentication means for customers
- Support growth plans in the B2C business
- Support product and payments simplification strategy
- Analyse market environment and competitor benchmarking
- Tailor product solutions to meet client needs
- Act as the go-to person for B2C customer retention programs
- Shape and develop IONITY’s B2C offering
- Identify, onboard and manage suppliers
- Monitor and report product performance
- Assist in user-oriented testing of new authentication means
- Support in setting-up business cases and assessing economic feasibility
Voraussetzungen
- Experience in product management for end customer products
- Expertise in defining customer-centric solutions
- In-depth knowledge of RFID card products
- Experience in sourcing and managing RFID cards
- Technical insights on different means of authentication
- Knowledge in defining suitable processes for card handling
- Initial know-how on Plug and Charge technology
- Quick learner in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset for innovative solutions
