Aufgaben
- Monitoring contracts and supplier performance
- Preparing contracts and supplier performance evaluations
- Supporting with increasing Master Service Agreements
- Representing in bid committee meetings
- Maintaining supplier performance score cards
- Managing supplier relationships and performance
- Ensuring donor and IRC compliance for procurements
- Implementing audit corrective action plans
- Gathering data for procurement reports
Voraussetzungen
- Completed apprenticeship or university degree in relevant field
- 1 year of work experience in contracting in procurement
- Knowledge of procurement procedures in NGO or public service sector
- Effective interpersonal and analytical skills
- Market analysis and sourcing strategies skills
- German and English language skills at B2 level
