- Identifying new applications in aviculture

- Conducting strategic assessments of new opportunities
- External representation at fairs and conferences
- Spearheading Orbem’s efforts in bringing new aviculture applications to market
Voraussetzungen
- 7+ years of experience in the poultry or aviculture industry
- Understanding of new applications development and operational flows in the field
- Deep understanding of avian biology and life cycle
- Fluency in English; German preferred
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide leadership and mentorship to a team
- Experience in high-tech startup environments is a plus
- Experience working with customers in food, agriculture, or biology

- €120,000 - €135,000 yearly salary
- €120,000 - €180,000 in equity
