Einführung
Malteser International is seeking a Policy Manager to support the Secretary General in managing relations with key stakeholders from the Sovereign Order of Malta and implementing the SOM Relations topic in the current strategy process. The role involves acquiring new supporters, deepening collaboration with existing partners, and coordinating diplomatic activities to raise awareness and support for MI's activities. The ideal candidate should have a university degree, project management and fundraising expertise, familiarity with the Order of Malta, international humanitarian aid, and diplomacy, as well as strong networking and communication skills.
Aufgaben
- Manage relations with key stakeholders from the Sovereign Order of Malta
- Support upstream management and reporting to key stakeholders
- Help acquire new supporters for Malteser International
- Coordinate collaboration between Malteser International and the Diplomatic Service of the Order of Malta
- Support the Secretary General of Malteser International in special projects and stakeholder management activities
Voraussetzungen
- University degree in a relevant field
- Proven project management and fundraising expertise
- Networking skills
- Familiarity with the history and structure of the Order of Malta
- Experience in international diplomacy at a senior level
- Command of digital communications techniques
- High level of analytical, research, and writing ability
- Willingness for regular international duty travel
