Voraussetzungen
- Master's or PhD degree in Bioinformatics, Medical Informatics, or related discipline
- Expertise in Python (PyTorch) or R
- Experience in UNIX/Linux and GPU Server systems
- Knowledge of Docker and Machine Learning/Deep Learning
- Previous experience in image analysis, Methylation EPIC/930k array, gene expression array, DNA- and RNA-seq analysis
