Our marketing department of +15 people is looking for you as a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.
Your Responsibility
- Lead the tactical & operational management of the channel, ensuring flawless campaign execution, from setup to optimization and detailed performance analysis.
- Budget management, steering, and allocation of a 6-figure monthly budget.
- Direct testing and optimization initiatives within the channel, applying deep expertise to enhance campaign effectiveness and meet KPIs.
- Conduct an in-depth channel analysis and audits to identify opportunities for improving brand visibility and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to stay ahead of emerging features and best practices, applying these learnings to drive client success.
- Independently execute and optimize digital marketing tactics, ensuring they align with the strategic direction.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks in primarily Google Ads, including setup, optimization, and reporting, to ensure high-quality execution and optimal performance.
- Analyze data to uncover trends and insights, ensuring our tactical decisions and continuous improvement efforts are data-driven.
- Implement testing initiatives, analyze results, and make optimization to improve performance.
- Provide Management with clear and structured insights into ongoing activities and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Lead the tactical & operational management of one or more digital marketing channels, ensuring flawless campaign execution, from setup to optimization and detailed performance analysis.
Your Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Deep knowledge of leading paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and GA4.
- Comprehensive hands-on experience and technical expertise in paid search channels, with a foundational understanding of SEO to enhance overall digital marketing efforts.
- Technical insight to identify and resolve operational or platform-related issues, ensuring smooth execution of digital activities.
- Strong capability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and derive actionable, data-driven insights to enhance digital efforts.
- Ability to develop hypotheses and conduct tests to inform continuous improvement practices.
- Experience in managing and leading complex, performance-oriented marketing strategies and an ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use Excel/Sheets to structure and solve problems.
- Ideally first experience working with Adjust, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
