Einführung
Circunomics is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to develop and execute online marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and optimize performance metrics in a dynamic environment.
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute comprehensive online performance marketing strategies across channels
- Oversee the end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members
Voraussetzungen
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in online performance marketing
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience within the Asian market is a plus
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
- Experience with email marketing software is a plus
- Certification in digital marketing is a plus
- Technical understanding is a plus
- Interest in the Automotive Industry/E-Vehicles/Energy Sector/Circular Economy
