Join us on our journey: We’re a diverse team of 30+, from 12+ nationalities, and steadily growing. To drive the smart and sustainable energy future, we are looking for a People and Office Operations specialist (d/f/m) driven by the desire to create exceptional experiences for people.
Aufgaben
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees and support their relocation to Munich/Germany
- Facilitate seamless integration into office life for new hires
- Lead offboarding experience including exit interviews and final paperwork
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee payroll
- Manage HRIS (Personio) and handle daily people operations
- Review and improve HR processes and workflows
- Act as primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to People policies
- Create an appealing and functional office environment
- Organize team events and company offsites
Voraussetzungen
- 3 years of proven experience in HR, People Operations, or Office Management
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Personio
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and able to lead initiatives
- Fluency in English and German at C1 level
