- Proven experience in partnership building
- Extensive network in the energy, real-estate and/or installer space
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- Deep understanding of the energy market and related technologies
- Strong analytical skills for creative problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented approach and strong drive for results
