Einführung
Join OroraTech as a PA/QA Manager to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability in our satellite projects, contributing to innovative space technology with a profound environmental impact.
Aufgaben
- Develop, implement, and maintain PA/QA strategies and plans for Cubesat projects in compliance with ESA or other agency standards.
- Oversee the quality of all procured subsystems, conducting supplier audits and establishing processes to ensure all components meet specifications.
- Set up and oversee processes for in-house integration testing of subsystems, cameras, satellite platforms, and software.
- Manage all necessary PA/QA documentation required by ESA and ensure compliance with established processes and protocols.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless quality assurance practices.
Voraussetzungen
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PA/QA management role, preferably in the aerospace, satellite or automotive technology sector.
- Familiarity with ESA's PA/QA standards and requirements is a plus (ECSS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex projects and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an aptitude for managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromise on quality.
- Proactive leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a culture of quality across the organization.
- Motivation to establish new processes in a young, agile company.
