Einführung
As an Operations Manager at FlexPower, you will drive the energy transition by ensuring the flow of information between our customers, grid operators, tech, and trading teams.
Aufgaben
- Organizing market communication with TSOs and DSOs
- Finding solutions to improve operational processes
- Handling energy data and managing balance group accounting
- Implementing continuous improvements across business processes
- Leading projects for technical optimizations and upgrades
Voraussetzungen
- 1-3 years of prior experience in energy markets is a plus
- Experience in trading, commodities, logistics, shipping, scheduling, and nomination is valuable
- Understanding of the energy sector, particularly in the German market
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to present complex topics
- Knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and data governance
- Participation in architecture, data design, and review of application landscape
- Collaboration using MS O365 tools; Python is a plus
- Communication in German and English at a minimum C1 level
