Einführung
CleanHub is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee finance, HR, and administration in a dynamic team focused on reducing ocean plastic pollution.
Aufgaben
- Assisting with daily accounting, recording and reviewing transactions
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Assisting in preparing and monitoring budgets
- Calculating and preparing payroll
- Supporting the recruitment of new employees
- Managing personnel files and organizing data
- Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations
- Overseeing and managing daily office operations
- Managing and organizing company documents
Voraussetzungen
- Degree in business administration, finance, HR management or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mid-sized company
- Basic to good knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and HR management
- Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good computer skills, especially Gsuite and experience with accounting and HR software
- Known as a 'jack of all trades'
