Einführung
Join our dedicated SOPAGO team as an Office Manager in Marburg and help shape the future of the energy industry!
Aufgaben
- General office organization (logistics, purchasing, etc.)
- Interface to the tax consultants: preparation of payroll and financial accounting
- Financial accounting: Entry of incoming/outgoing invoices, bank transfers in coordination with the managing director, support with the creation of invoices in SAP
- Human resources: Recruiting process, contract creation, on/offboarding, etc.
- Contract management: Coordination of contracts for telephone, mobile, rent, company vehicles, insurances
- Travel expense accounting
- Organization of company events
- Contribute innovative ideas and actively participate in the further development of the company.
Voraussetzungen
- Successfully completed commercial training and/or an academic education
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience in personnel management and accounting
- Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills in German (and ideally English)
- Conscientiousness, trustworthiness, and loyalty
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Initial experience with SAP systems (e.g. purchasing, finance, sales)
- Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
