Einführung
The Berlin Institute of Health at Charité (BIH) is looking for an Office Manager (d/f/m) to provide administrative support and manage personnel processes for the AG Robinson and AG Thun.
Aufgaben
- Administrative support for the two AG managers
- Independent handling of personnel processes (e.g. of student assistants, guests and interns)
- Preparation of documents/applications ready for signature for all personnel measures
- Maintaining an overview of third-party funding and budget personnel
- Financial management: management/control of budget and third-party funds of both AGs
- Independent ordering and invoice processing
- Editing of English and German texts and corresponding translations
- Organization of meetings, appointments and business trips
Voraussetzungen
- Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/FH) in economics or comparable or completed training in the commercial sector
- Several years of knowledge in the field of human resources in the public sector and financial planning
- Professional experience in office management in a management position
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
