Einführung
Climate Farmers is a mission-bound organisation working on a systemic shift for regenerative agriculture in Europe. We achieve this through the development of transition finance instruments, a thriving farmer-led community, and supply-chain transition support, as well as the coordination of diverse stakeholders for a shared vision.
Aufgaben
- Lead the project, ensuring effective collaboration among the team.
- Oversee sophisticated multi-stakeholder engagement, uniting high-level actors within the European agrifood sector for impactful collaboration.
- Ensure comprehensive, punctual, and captivating communication with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders at every stage.
- Oversee crafting and implementing engaging participatory events, both online and offline, to foster meaningful interactions.
- Collaborate closely with company leadership to shape and refine the vision and strategic plan for a multifaceted multi-stakeholder initiative.
- Lead the process for integrating a diverse array of stakeholder ideas and proposals into a cohesive plan focused on systemic and transformative investments.
- Lead Climate Farmers’ role in the Capital Working Group, a group of funders and investors aiming to develop systemic change initiatives.
Voraussetzungen
- Entrepreneurial spirit and experience from participating in or leading multiple similarly complex projects, align diverse stakeholders, and ensure effective information flow.
- Strong relational skills to engage with various actors across levels, fostering meaningful connections.
- Expertise in participatory process design with an openness to its fluid nature and a background in systems thinking.
- Experience in internal stakeholder management and a track record of leading high-level multi-stakeholder processes.
- Strong sense of self-direction and comfortable with taking decisions in a fast-paced emerging process.
- Background in sustainability consulting or similar, with specific experience in the agrifood sector, policy advocacy, and ideally, Theory U practice.
- Fluent in English.
- Deep collaborative skills, with a knack for connecting on values and vision, aiming for systemic change.
